Shipping Policy

 

For International shipping  you should receive your order within 2 weeks for Tracked Shipping and around 3 days for Fast delivery Option.

 

Domestic Shipping within Portugal between 2 days to 5 days.​

Everything in the shop is shipped using the national postal service, and will be transferred to the relative service in the recipients country. If you choose fast delivery, it will be sent via UPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

In the rare case your package arrives damaged, or there are delivery issues, Your item will be replaced or issued a refund, upon showing photos of damage or if delivery issues are not due to wrong address information provided by you.
